Client Engagement Specialist
Tom is a Client Engagement Specialist at Pinpoint (in English, that means he's responsible for making sure we only sell our recruitment software to companies that will actually get value from it).
Before joining Pinpoint Tom headed up recruitment for the offshore business of Standard Bank. During his time there, he reduced agency spend year on year and saw direct sourcing move from 41% in 2017, to 71% in 2018, and 87% year-to-date (2019). Time to offer came down from 40 working days to 26 days.
