We’ll cover:

  • Real talk on current retail hiring challenges and what we expect to see in 2026
  • How to anticipate hiring needs before gaps appear with data, forecasting and early warning signals
  • Technology that will help bring visibility to your workforce
  • Hear from panelists who’ve lived it (moving from store roles into leadership positions) and learn how internal mobility can transform your talent strategy.

Join us live on November 25 and get inspired by real stories, practical tools, and new ideas for predicting and preventing retail talent gaps before they even happen.

Tom Hacquoil

Tom Hacquoil

Founder and CEO
@ Pinpoint ATS

CEO Tom Hacquoil was leading a coding cohort with just 16 spots and received hundreds of applications. He needed a fast, flexible tool that would make it easier to identify the right candidates and give them a great experience. But the applicant tracking systems available were either too clunky or too basic, which made the selection process even more difficult. Out of this experience came the idea for Pinpoint. Hacquoil, along with co-founders Bill Rogers (CTO) and Tom Luce (Technical Fellow), set out to build a better ATS that would help companies improve their hiring processes.
