How it works

Once connected, you can select the stage in Pinpoint where ThriveMap assessments should be triggered.

  • Assessments are automatically sent to candidates at the chosen stage

  • No manual invite sending or tracking is required

  • Candidate fit scores are displayed directly within Pinpoint

  • Candidates are banded (for example, Excellent, Good, Average, or Below Average)

  • Recruiters can access a direct link to the full ThriveMap report

  • Scores can be used to prioritise candidates before an interview
