How does the referral program work?
Refer someone to attend a demo with our team. If they attend the full session, you’ll both receive a voucher as a thank-you!
What counts as attending a demo?
The referred person must attend the full demo session, which typically lasts around 30 minutes. Shorter attendance may not qualify for the voucher.
When will I receive my voucher?
Vouchers are usually sent within one business day after the demo is completed. However, please allow up to 7 days in case of any delays.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
There’s no set limit – we encourage referrals! That said, we reserve the right to withhold vouchers if referrals appear inauthentic or are not a good fit for Pinpoint. This helps us keep the program fair and sustainable.
What qualifies someone as a "good fit"?
We’ll reward for referrals who would genuinely benefit from our product – typically decision-makers or relevant stakeholders within hiring teams at organisations.
Any other Ts and Cs?
Pinpoint reserves the right to amend or end the referral program at any time.
