Can I pay by invoice?
We're happy to issue and accept payment via invoice for any clients that pay yearly. All other plans must be paid for with a debit or credit card.
How long are your contracts?
All Pinpoint plans are paid either month-to-month or yearly. You can start or stop your subscription or upgrade/downgrade your plan at any time.
What’s the refund policy?
We don't offer refunds as Pinpoint is a subscription service. You can cancel your account at any point and you'll never be charged again.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer two months free if you opt for a yearly plan (paid annually up-front). This is reflected in the prices above.
What’s an ‘Active Job’?
Jobs created in Pinpoint can have one of three statuses - Open, Closed and Archived. A job is considered 'active' when its status is either Open (receiving applications) or Closed (processing applications). Jobs that have been Archived don't count toward your subscription total.
