Assign permissions based on user roles and requisition criteria (such as pay range, etc), so the right people can submit, review, or approve requests. Approvers will receive automatic notifications, and there's an option to allow them to approve/reject by email.

Requisitions are automatically assigned to the right job requisition workflow, where you can see the status of every requisition and review who signed off and when.
