Our integration allows you to create employee records in IRIS Cascade from newly hired applicants in Pinpoint. When you mark a candidate as hired, their details are automatically included in a CSV file that Cascade picks up through an SFTP connection. This means your HR team can skip the manual data entry and start onboarding right away.

You can send personal and employment details such as name, contact information, address, job details, and key HR fields including start date, department, contract type, and working hours.

By connecting Pinpoint and IRIS Cascade, you’ll reduce admin time, minimise data entry errors, and make onboarding smoother for everyone.

With IRIS Cascade and Pinpoint you can:

• Automatically create employee records in IRIS Cascade from new hires in Pinpoint.

• Configure Cascade to pick up the file and import the data automatically.

You can easily and instantly connect Pinpoint and IRIS Cascade by:

• Adding the Cascade app under the integrations menu in your Pinpoint account.
• Enter your SFTP server information**.** If Cascade is already set up to import users from an SFTP location, use those existing details.
• You can also set limits for specific fields to make sending data simpler and more consistent.
• You’re all set! To send a candidate to Cascade, click on the three dots in the top right of the candidate’s application, and click “Send to Cascade”.
