In our November Product Spotlight, we introduce AI Fields, a brand new feature that lets you create AI-powered fields for candidate evaluation.

Recruiters can use AI Custom Fields to score candidates against a job description, flag specific experience, or summarize skills automatically, turning long applications into structured data you can sort and search in columns.

We also share updates to custom columns, interview hosting, date formats, and more.
