Hi there 👋

This month we’re sharing 3 updates that will help your team to work faster. First, the option to set a maximum number of applications a candidate can make in a certain timeframe to reduce admin. Next, an onboarding dashboard to see key stats and tasks to be done. Finally, a new design of the job index view that will allow you to manage candidates with fewer clicks.

Set a maximum number of applications a person can submit in a given period

If you have a high volume of open roles, you’ll often find individuals applying to multiple jobs who are not the best fit. To reduce admin and make it easier for your team to manage viable candidates, you can now set a maximum number of jobs someone can apply to within a certain time period. You can also customize messaging on your careers site to be transparent with candidates.

Report on progress with the Onboarding dashboard

If you have Onboarding, you’ll now see a dashboard that gives you a high level overview of what tasks have been completed and what is outstanding. You can also review the new hires you have starting to make sure their workflows are prepared. Finally, you can keep track of key performance metrics, like the average time it takes for onboarding to be completed.

Manage candidates from the job index view

Within the job index view of Pinpoint, you’ll find a candidate table with relevant applicants. This will allow you to move and manage candidates without having to go through each application. Fewer clicks and all information available in one place means your team will be able to work faster with less training. 

A monthly tip from Pinpoint power users...

Design dashboards that give you all the information you need, right when you log in. Within both Recruitment and Onboarding, you can rearrange dashboard sections and choose what data to include or remove. Learn more here.
