Can I pay by invoice?
We're happy to issue and accept payment via invoice for any clients that pay yearly. All other plans must be paid for with a debit or credit card.
How long are your contracts?
All Pinpoint plans are paid either month-to-month or yearly.
What’s the refund policy?
We don't offer refunds as Pinpoint is a subscription service. You can cancel your account at the end of your contract and you'll never be charged again.
Do you offer discounts?
The longer your contract with us, the lower the cost. We can talk you through the options and work out the contract length and price combination that will be right for you.
What’s an ‘Active Job’?
Jobs created in Pinpoint can have one of three statuses - Open, Closed and Archived. A job is considered 'active' when its status is either Open (receiving applications) or Closed (processing applications). Jobs that have been Archived don't count toward your subscription total.
