The challenge

When Instant Impact signs a new client, Cam has a very short window to source the right TA professionals, especially for niche specialisms like legal or pharmaceutical recruitment. The old approach meant starting from scratch with each new role, even if he'd hired similar candidates before.

The solution

Pinpoint's talent pooling feature lets Cam maintain a pool of "silver medal" candidates who have made it through the recruitment process but weren't right for their original role. Combined with tagging for skills, languages, and locations, this pool becomes a precision targeting tool. When a new role opens, Cam can filter the pool and reach out directly to qualified candidates.
