The Truffle and Pinpoint integration lets recruiters run Truffle screening directly from a candidate’s Pinpoint record and bring the results back into Pinpoint. Teams can review scores, criteria, supporting evidence, and full Truffle reports without moving candidate decisions outside their existing workflow.

How does the Pinpoint and Truffle integration work?

Once connected, your team can use Truffle directly within the candidate workflow in Pinpoint:

• Screen resumes against your criteria: Send a candidate’s resume to Truffle from the actions menu in Pinpoint. Truffle assesses it against the criteria you’ve set for the position without contacting the candidate.
• Send one-way interview invitations: Invite candidates to complete a Truffle interview directly from their Pinpoint record.
• Review results in Pinpoint: See screening and interview results under Assessments, including scores, tiers, requirements met, and the evidence behind each assessment.
• Access the full Truffle report: Open a candidate’s detailed Truffle report from a link within their Pinpoint record.
• Keep hiring decisions with your team: Truffle provides scores and supporting reasoning against your criteria, while your recruiters remain responsible for deciding how candidates progress.
• Set up the integration quickly: Connect Truffle and Pinpoint using a key generated by Truffle, with no Pinpoint API key required.
