Send candidates to Vetting Gateway from Pinpoint and manage background checks without leaving your workflow.
Vetting Gateway is a pre-employment screening provider that helps teams run background checks on candidates. With the Pinpoint and Vetting Gateway integration, recruiters can invite candidates to complete checks directly from their application and track progress without leaving Pinpoint.
Once connected, teams can select from available screening bundles, send invitations in a few clicks, and receive status updates automatically. When checks are completed, reports are available to download directly from the candidate record.
How it works
- Send candidates to Vetting Gateway directly from the Application Actions menu in Pinpoint
- Select a screening bundle, with additional requirements (like DBS position) shown dynamically where needed
- Candidate details are pre-filled, with options to add phone number, start date, and zone
- Invite candidates to complete their background check in a few clicks
- Track progress in real time, including invite sent, accepted, in progress, and completed
- Receive automatic updates via webhook as checks move through each stage
- Download completed background check reports as PDFs from the candidate record
