Tom was previously Chief Digital Officer at a cloud computing company that focused on serving customers with stringent security needs, as well as complex data protection and data residency requirements.

Now he leads the overall strategy and direction for Pinpoint, where he uses his background to maintain high standards of security for our product.

Bill was previously a software developer, before consulting on infrastructure development and information security for several large software projects. Bill was also a mentor for the Digital Jersey Coding Programme, teaching students the basics of software development and secure coding.

Bill now serves as Pinpoint's CTO, where he ensures that information security and secure coding best practices are embedded in the engineering team and company as a whole.

Dom has spent over six years as an engineer and engineering leader at Pinpoint, progressing from Software Developer to VP of Engineering, building and shipping features used daily by hundreds of recruitment teams.

Throughout that time, Dom has been a strong advocate for engineering rigour, championing robust code review, QA, and quality practices across the team, and writing publicly on building software that customers can depend on. Dom is Pinpoint's CTO, where he is responsible for ensuring that security, privacy, and data protection best practices are embedded across the engineering team and the wider business.
