How to connect Pinpoint and PossibleWorks

You can set up the Pinpoint and PossibleWorks integration in just a few steps:

  1. Log in to PossibleWorks using an admin account.

  2. Navigate to Admin Settings, then select Integration Settings under General Settings.

  3. In the Apps section, locate Pinpoint.

  4. Enter your Pinpoint Subdomain and API Key, which you can generate from the Pinpoint developer documentation.

  5. Click Add to complete the setup.

Once enabled, a green toggle next to Pinpoint confirms that the integration is active.

From that point on, accepted candidates in Pinpoint will automatically appear in the Admin Chat section of PossibleWorks, ready for review and invitation.
