I’m Cesarina Garcia, Customer Support Specialist at Pinpoint. This month I’m sharing some exciting updates that will help your team work more efficiently, including bulk editing jobs, adding comments on jobs, and more. Let’s dive in.

Easily update jobs—at scale. With bulk job editing, you can change the status or edit the details of multiple jobs at the same time.
Leave comments against a job. Enable your team to leave feedback directly and keep everyone in the loop with automatic notifications. Tag colleagues or use private comments for sensitive topics.
Ensure compliance across your organization, even if your company operates in multiple jurisdictions. You can now set up different data retention settings for different parts of your company’s organization structure.
Avoid errors in the transition from candidate to new hire.
Some companies start onboarding steps (such as background checks, reference checks, etc.) before a candidate is officially hired.
However, if your company wants to wait to start all onboarding tasks after a candidate has officially moved to the hired stage, that’s possible. Company admins can now restrict the “Send to Onboarding” option so it is only visible when a candidate is in the hired stage.

Without clear data, its hard to accurately report back to managers, and even harder for managers to jump in when needed. Check out our tips for building a recruiter performance report that will keep your team informed and on-task.
