This month it’s all about big improvements to some of our most popular features.
Let’s dive right in.
Working with candidates offline? Our new bulk import feature enables you to import multiple candidates from a spreadsheet to Pinpoint, or by uploading CVs to Pinpoint in bulk.

We’ve been working on giving you loads more flexibility when it comes to offer letters.
Last month we launched custom fields for offers. From today you can create as many offer letter templates as you like and choose the appropriate template when you come to make an offer.
Create different templates for different divisions, types of role, locations, seniority… the choice is yours.

We’ve always tailored your dashboard based on the jobs you’re working on and the permissions you have in Pinpoint. Now every user can personalize their own dashboard. Just click the “Configure” link on your dashboard to get started.

We care a lot about helping you improve diversity, equality, and inclusion through recruitment, but how do you collect demographic information from candidates if you’re adding them to Pinpoint manually, or they applied via a channel that doesn’t collect demographic information?
From today, you can send candidates a demographic survey after they apply.

You’ve always been able to use our Indeed XML feed to have your jobs posted automatically to Indeed and enable candidates to apply through your careers site.
But (especially for high volume roles) you can get as many as 4 times more applicants when candidates can apply directly on Indeed.
Pinpoint’s one of the first applicant tracking systems to implement the new Indeed Apply integration enabling job seekers to apply directly on Indeed, and appear in Pinpoint automatically.

ZipRecruiter’s been in our job board marketplace for a long time. But now, if you already have a ZipRecruiter account, you can integrate that account with Pinpoint and have all your jobs appear directly in ZipRecruiter.

Monster has also been available via our job board marketplace for a long time. But from today, you can have all your jobs appear directly on Monster’s free listings with a custom XML feed.

Every month we make small improvements to Pinpoint that are a big deal to some of you. Here’s what we’ve done this month:
🤝 There’s a bunch of new roles available when it comes to user permissions including draft job creator, background check creator, and background check viewer (for those of you using one of our background check integrations).
🏎️ We’ve made improvements to the Google Jobs integration so now your jobs show up in Google Jobs even faster.
✏️ Now you can add location and division variables to offer letters and offer email templates.
