Pinpoint Credits – Terms & Conditions

These Pinpoint Credit Terms (the “Credit Terms”) are an agreement between you (the “Customer”) and The Infuse Group (t/a Pinpoint Software) (the “Company”) and govern your purchase, receipt, or use of any Pinpoint Credits.

The use of Pinpoint Credits shall be governed in accordance with the terms of your Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) with the Company, with the addition of the following terms:

1.1 The Customer may purchase credits to use toward the purchase of in-platform services accessed via the Pinpoint platform, separate to and in addition to those services detailed in the Services description, as detailed within the Pinpoint platform (“Pinpoint Credits”). Pinpoint Credits may have a billing frequency which is independent of the billing frequency of the Services (“Credit Billing Frequency”). Any Pinpoint Credits applied to the Customer’s account will expire:

(i) if the Customer is billed on a recurring basis which is annually or less frequently for its Pinpoint Credits, the length of the Credit Billing Frequency plus ninety (90) days from the credit purchase date;
(ii) if the Customer is billed on a recurring basis which is more frequent than annually for its Pinpoint Credits, the length of the Credit Billing Frequency plus thirty (30) days from the credit purchase date;
(iii) if the Customer purchases Pinpoint Credits as a one-off, top-up (available where a recurring subscription for Pinpoint Credits is in place), sixty (60) days from the credit purchase date; or
(iv) upon any earlier termination of your Agreement, in which case no refund will be payable for any expired or unused Pinpoint Credits.

1.2 In the event the Customer spends more Pinpoint Credits in the Pinpoint platform than the Customer has purchased upfront, the Company will invoice the Customer for the additional Pinpoint Credits spent in excess of the initially purchased volume, in accordance with the invoicing terms set out in your Agreement. The Company may, at its sole discretion, limit the number of Pinpoint Credits the Customer may purchase at any time.
