This month we’re sharing updates that will help you find and reach candidates, plus 3 new integrations with CezanneHR, CandiTech, and Humaans to streamline your hiring process.
Let’s dive in…
When sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, you may or may not immediately reach out to them about a role. Keep track of who you’ve messaged by assigning candidates a hiring stage directly from the Pinpoint Chrome Extension. You can build an “Informal Chat” stage for potential candidates that you’d like to talk to before they apply and move into the formal hiring process.
If your team creates supplementary materials for job descriptions (such as company information or interview guides), you can now attach these to job posts. Candidates will be able to see and download these files from the bottom of a job description. Your team can use Google Analytics to track clicks on the files and report on engagement.

If your organization is recruiting in India, you can now post jobs to Naukri directly from Pinpoint. The largest job board in India with 80% market share, Naukri is an excellent resource for sourcing local talent. Candidates will be able to apply through Pinpoint and quick apply from Naukri.
Keep track of when applicant data has been moved from Pinpoint to your HRIS. In “applicant history” you will see an entry that their data has been sent to your HRIS, the date and time of the event, and the user that initiated the push.
Then, use Pinpoint’s report builder coupled with the HRIS Exports table to see who has been exported and when (e.g. to see who was pushed to your HRIS in the last 7 days).

CezanneHR
Push any new hires made with Pinpoint directly into your Cezanne HR account.

Canditech
Get to know candidates beyond their resume. Pinpoint users can now integrate with Canditech to evaluate both technical and soft skills during the hiring process.

Humaans
Create a new record for any new hires made with Pinpoint directly into your Humaans account.

Zinc: Global right-to-work
In response to the complex and evolving landscape of right-to-work document verification, our partner Zinc has introduced a reusable global right-to-work product. This will provide Zinc users with a seamless experience for conducting right-to-work checks, regardless of the candidate’s location. Learn more here.
If you have a job that is available in multiple locations or departments, you can create multiple postings for a single role—allowing you to funnel applicants from multiple locations through a single Pinpoint role. Learn more here.
